Cement and Acid Equipment
Unit 1 pump truck has a 10,000 psi spm-600 triplex pump with two 18 bbl mix tanks that can pump as high as 6bbl/min. Unit 2 N2 combo has a 10,000 psi Serva triplex pump with two 18 bbl mix tanks that can pump 6 bbl/min. To compliment our cement / acid division we have an 80 bbl batch mixer, 5000 gallon chemical trailer, and two 40 ton cement bulkers.
Batch Mixing
Our 80 bbl batch mixer is great for mixing up a large volume of different type of fluids. We use it for mixing kill fluid, sand slurry, cement, and chemicals. Inside the mixer is a hydraulically driven hollow shaft that spins paddles. The hollow shaft allows the boost pump to circulate fluids through the paddles while it rotates at a high speed. You don't want to fall into this thing while it's on!
Cement and Chemical Bulk Trailers
We have two 40 ton dry bulkers typically used for hauling class "G" cement to location. One of our trailers has a blower mounted on it driven by a wet kit on the tractor. For our acid division we have a 5000 gallon chemical trailer with several pneumatic valves to control which compartment you want to pull from.
